Ideal candidate would reside in, Renton/Seattle, WA, Portland/Beaverton, OR, or Irvine, CA main office locations. Full-time hybrid position - remote work will be considered. Senior Power Automate/ Power BI Front Applications Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Power BI. May lead medium project and work teams and will work on several complex business automations. Analyzes and evaluates existing or proposed reporting solutions and modifies procedures to process data and report efficiently. Mentors and assists others in support of automation and reporting requirements. Typically deals with users to determine appropriate requirements for reporting and complex UI development. Possible required travel up to 10% of work schedule.

Essential responsibilities of this role include:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, including designing visuals and metrics, data visualization, and analytics to monitor business performance and identify areas for improvement using Power Automate/ Power BI.
  • Automate business processes and workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Enhance business processes through development of Canvas Power Apps.
  • Write and optimize T-SQL queries and stored procedures that will be used as data import sources in Power BI
  • Analyze data trends, patterns, and anomalies to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Be able to analyze data and present it through reports that can help in decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce or Combination of education and relevant experience (at least 5 years of functional experience)
  • 5 years Application design, implementation and/or maintenance of Automation in large scale Enterprise Systems
  • 2 years Demonstrated ability to successfully execute medium to complex projects; methodologies related to application management such as system deployment, support, and life cycle; experience in process improvement methodology, change management, operational improvement in complex systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified in Microsoft Power Platform
  • 4-year experience with developing and maintaining dashboards, including designing visuals and metrics, data visualization, and analytics to monitor business performance and identify areas for improvement using Power Automate/ Power BI
  • Experience with MS SQL server BI Stack, mainly T-SQL, Power BI and DAX
  • Experience with common data services, data connectors, and APIs.
  • Experience working with Modern UX technologies like HTML5, CSS3 & JavaScript
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure platform and service (Power BI, Flow, Cortana, etc.)Experience with AI/ML, RPA via UiPath/PowerApps & Embedded AI within Oracle, UKG Pro WFM or other ERP products will be considered as a strong asset
  • Experience collaborating with multiple teams and good stakeholder management skills.
  • Azure Databricks and Python (AI/ML) experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

This position is Full-time hybrid position - remote work will be considered. Possible required travel up to 10% of work schedule.

The salary range listed for this position is MIN: $53.33 to MAX: $85.85 per hour based upon the primary work location Renton, WA posted . Salary range and job offers are determined by internal pay equity and geographic cost of living differences. Salary range will vary from state and region. Salary max is limited to 75% range to continue to offer internal pay growth. We welcome open and transparent discussions on salary at Providence.
