As a Sales Operations Senior Manager for the Wealth Management Client Group (WMCG) you will be a key leader in WM Operations, including steering and evolving both the channel management and enterprise functions. Alongside WM sales leadership, you will manage critical business routines, including but not limited to: executing on our business plan, sales budget management, coverage strategy, and key (internal and external) forums planning/management (e.g., NSM, Advisor Forums, Sales leadership offsites). You will develop and guide a team of associates and will represent WM Operations and/or WM Sales in key initiatives and committees across WMCG and NACG.

In this role, key senior stakeholder relationships include Head of WM Field & Site Sales, Head of WM Home Office Sales & Client Relationships, Head of Product among others. Your success in this highly critical and impactful role will be enabled by your ability to build strong relationships and navigate NACG, underlying knowledge of our industry landscape, solid understanding of our sales force structure, and empowering yet supportive leadership style.

  • You have leadership experience in sales, business management and/or operations roles, and a working knowledge of NACG's sales structure and operating model.
  • You have a solid understanding of how NACG functions, including key business processes, key roles and partners/avenues to influence toward efficient decision making.
  • You are often relied upon to identify and/or develop best practices and can effectively drive their adoption to build scale and fuel sustainable growth.
  • You have built a reputation as a leader who understands how to inspire and motivate teams with energy, vision, and candor. Ideally, you have prior experience managing other leaders of people.
  • You are energized by the opportunity to provide thought leadership and strategic guidance on behalf of and to WM Sales at the senior leadership level; your clear understanding of the WM business model and its key partners and channels that you bring to the table will ensure you're able to build strong relationships with these critical stakeholders.
  • You demonstrate a strong level of analytical acumen in areas of high complexity and ambiguity; you understand how to work with key partners such as Marketing and Insights & Analytics to make data driven decisions and recommendations.
  • You are a skilled communicator with strong influencing capabilities, and a proven track record of providing strategic guidance on key business initiatives. You understand how to develop, navigate, and utilize internal relationships to drive business strategy and accountability to achieve desired outcomes.
  • You are solution-orientated in fluid environments, able to help generate success in client-oriented situations given your natural service-orientation, high learning agility and comfort with ambiguity.
  • You are excited to be based in our LAO office, where you will build strong relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders.


Southern California Base Salary Range: $152,861-$259,864

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
