We're seeking a talented and motivated Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) Manager to join our growing team. As a VDC Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in revolutionizing the way we design, plan, and execute construction projects.

Position Responsibilities

  • Develop and distribute project specific BIM Execution Plans.
  • Run weekly BIM coordination meetings.
  • Set up design build projects for design as well as through construction.
  • Work directly with the BIM Director to establish protocols and standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Train staff on BIM software and workflows.
  • Utilize safe work practices in accordance with federal, state, local, and company standards.
  • Communicate incidents, accidents, near misses, potential hazards, and unsafe working conditions to a supervisor or the Health and Safety Department as soon as identified.

Skills/Education/Experience

  • Associates degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in virtual design and construction, with a deep understanding of BIM principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in industry-leading software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Excellent leadership and teamwork abilities, with a track record of successfully managing cross-functional projects.

Estimated Compensation Range: $75,000 -90,000/year*

*Actual compensation may vary based on related work experience, geographical location and market conditions, education/training, certifications, and other credentials, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.
