Job Summary:
Monogram Aerospace Fasteners is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineering Supervisor to join our team. As a Mechanical Engineering Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating a team of engineers within our engineering department. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills with strong leadership behaviors and values.
