Here's what you'd do:
- The Test Supervisor supports production and engineering activities in power electronics assemblies, subassemblies, and components.
- Meets daily Test Production Requirements.
- Supervises, trains, assigns work, and assists Test Technicians daily.
- Contributes information to the Senior Engineer regarding Test Technician's job performance to aid in employee performance reviews.
- Generates Non-Conforming Reports (NCR) based on product or component discrepancies.
- Works from redlined drawings to modify circuits.
- Checks Printed Circuit Board (PCB) assemblies against schematics for correct assemblies.
- Performs test setups for standard testing.
- Performs and follows acceptance test procedures.
- Follows oral and written instructions for special tests.
- Follows document control basics.
- Follows quality assurance procedures.
- Supports production and engineering including, testing using automated test equipment, reporting any anomalies observed, tests and trouble-shoots assemblies, subassemblies, and components, modifies current products for special testing per given instructions.
- Follows company production safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair RMA units.
- Programing automated test equipment.

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00/hr.
Hours: 40hr/week
