University Enterprises Corporation at CSUSB ("UEC") supports the university's educational mission by providing quality services that complement the instructional program. The University depends upon UEC to provide services that cannot be supported with state funds. We’re responsible for business enterprises on campus including, but not limited to, dining, bookstore, convenience store, and vending services. We also serve as the grantee for federal, state, and local funding for research and sponsored projects.
Position Summary
Temporary, full time, “non-exempt”, benefited position through 6/30/2023 (Appointment may be renewed annually based upon availability of funds, availability of work and satisfactory job performance). 
Salary: $3,813.26-$4,506.58 per month

Program Summary: 
California State University, San Bernardino is located in San Bernardino in the Inland Empire, 60 miles east of Los Angeles. CSUSB offers programs through the colleges of Arts and Letters, Business and Public Administration, Education, Natural Sciences, Social and Behavioral Sciences and operates a satellite campus in Palm Desert located in Coachella Valley. CSUSB serves approximately 20,700 students and offers 47 undergraduate, 35 graduate and one doctoral degree as well as 13 programs with national accreditation. is to serve the needs of children and families in the local region through applied research, education, and service. Currently, our faculty oversee active funded partnerships with First 5, San Bernardino County Schools, SBC Foster Youth Services, SBC Homeless Youth Services, and the Department of Education. Work Schedule
To be determined, 40 hours per week; schedule may require working irregular hours including evenings, weekends, but typically Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Incumbent must be able to participate in remote or on campus work depending on the directives from the CSUSB campus.

Typical Activities
Under minimal supervision of the ICDFR Director, the Project Analyst will work independently to:
Schedule, coordinate, and track all training and certification for ICDFR ECE assessors. Provide all assessors with certification and drift training, as needed, in CLASS and ERS. Participate in state level training and meetings related to the assessment tools and staying abreast of changes to the tools and training requirements Oversee the SOP internship program. Supervise, train, and evaluate ECE undergraduate interns. Maintain all documents created for the ECE training and SOP interns. Attend meetings and at times lead meetings with project leads (e.g., check-in meetings). Assist and support related ICDFR projects as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Education: BA in child development or related field.
  • Experience: Experience in child care programs. Familiarity with QRIS systems. Ability to qualify as certified trainer in CLASS and ERS. Experience in teaching and supervising undergraduate student interns.
  • Other:  Have the ability to work with a diverse population including communication with people from diverse cultures, ethnic backgrounds, socio-economic levels, and educational levels. Be skilled in working independently and following through on assignments with minimal direction. Have the ability to write clear and concise reports. Have the ability to work in a team setting. Have the ability to handle multiple work priorities, organize work projects, and complete them in a timely manner. Have strong oral and facilitation skills. Have knowledge of operating standard office equipment and computer programs such as Microsoft Office (Access, Powerpoint, Excel, Word) and database management. Possess willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed. Possess willingness to travel based on program needs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MA in child development or related field
  • Qualified to train CLASS and ERS.
  • Knowledge of and experience in teaching developmentally appropriate practices
  • Experience with early childhood education settings
